Refund & Return Policy

At TheGadgetWala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return process as outlined below.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The product received is different from what was ordered
• The product has missing parts or accessories

The following items are generally not eligible for refund:

• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Personalized or customized items
• Personal care items and intimate or sanitary products
• Used electronics

To initiate a return, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product:

• Step 1: Email us at support@thegadgetwala.com with your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return
• Step 2: Provide photos/videos of the product if it is damaged or defective
• Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
• Step 4: If approved, you will receive pickup or drop-off instructions
• Step 5: Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: 7-10 business days via bank transfer

Refunds are processed as per RBI guidelines. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange:

• Follow the same process as refunds
• Specify that you want an exchange instead of a refund
• Replacement will be shipped after we receive the original product

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

• Damaged/Defective/Wrong item: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping costs
