Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.

We partner with leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders:

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available in select cities)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather, holidays, and courier partner availability.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

• Orders above ₹499: FREE standard shipping
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping charge
• Express Delivery: Additional ₹99 (where available)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional handling charge of ₹30.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive:

• Order confirmation email immediately after placing the order
• Shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched
• Delivery updates via SMS and email

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:

• The tracking link sent to your email/SMS
• Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
• The courier partner's website using the AWB number

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. Our courier partners will:

• Make up to 3 delivery attempts
• Contact you before delivery
• Require signature/OTP for high-value orders

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:

• Package not received despite delivery status
• Damaged packaging upon delivery
• Delayed delivery beyond estimated time
• Wrong address or contact issues
